Spring is here, however March is the snowiest month of the year and the skiing is still wonderful. We are looking forward to a few more weeks of skiing while some days are warm and sunny and others are colder and snowy!
As for real estate, we are seeing more shoppers. Even though many people shop while on vacation, the best time to shop and/or list your property is in the Spring (April & May). If you are looking to buy, it is much easier to shop when the properties are not so occupied and you are not as busy with skiing and guests. If you are looking to list your property, then this is a good time for me to prepare the marketing and open houses for the summer season.
